HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us via email [email protected] or hotline +1 (925) 644-0009 as soon as possible if you would like cancel or modify your order within 24 hours from the time you made to order.

After that time, we switch the order to processing status and you can no longer cancel or modify.

WHEN I CAN RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT?

We will replace another items for you if the items you received has these problems as below:

  1. The products you receive is bad quality – faulty – damaged – fractured – unable to function correctly ..
  2. Missing – lost items from your order.
  3. The item received is incorrect (size, style, color, or custom).
  4. The product is significantly different from what you expected or not as described by our descriptions …

Apart from the reasons mentioned above, here are additional factors that may prevent you from receiving a full refund or a replacement order:

  1. You have changed your mind and no longer desire the item.
  2. You intend to request a modification to the size, color, or customization of the item received.
  3. You have selected incorrect size, address, product, or custom information, among other things.
  4. The product has incurred damage as a result of improper use, mishandling, or insufficient maintenance.

Please note:

  • Please attach the order number and the photograph or video showing the specific problem with the product.
  • Please make sure the product is unwashed, unworn, unused and was received in the last 30 days.
  • We will replace another correct product for you in a short time as soon as possible.
  • You don’t need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free.

WHEN I CAN RECEIVE A REFUND?

We will make a refund to you with some cases as below:

  • Long shipping time: If your item has not arrived within 30 days for shirts and 45 days for accessories.
  • Replaced item still wrong: the new item we replace for you is still not what you ordered.
  • Time for refund: it takes 3 to 5 business days to process your financial institution to make funds available in your account.

RETURN POLICY

Kindly note that there might be a slight variation of up to 20% between the product image shown in our advertisements and the actual item. This difference can be attributed to factors such as lighting conditions during the photoshoot or variations in monitor displays.
