For US domestic: We need at least 10-17 days for production & standard shipping.
For International: We need at least 13-19 days for production & standard shipping.
More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate, some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame because of severe weather conditions, foreign customs or an incorrect address. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you and will inform for you via email for theses cases to find the best solutions.
Holiday shipping: In peak season, your order may arrive late than expected delivery. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can sympathize for us.
International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
Customs policies vary widely and some countries will charge import fees for shipments. Tax is not included in the price on our website, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes or related custom fees once you receive your order which is determined by your local customs office.
Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address (Apartment/building name, floor number, or unit number...) at checkout because we are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addressed.
For orders delivered at the PO box, please include the zip code plus 4 or 5-digit in your order shipping address.
You can update the information within 2 hours after you made order. Once the order has left our warehouse, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost or stolen. All items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse.
